Welcome Taurus Season

Ahhh, Taurus. Can you just feel the energetic downshift as we move from action-Jackson Aries to slow and steady Taurus? Aries is ruled by Mars, which is all about getting things done. Taurus, on the other hand is ruled by Venus, which is all about beauty, relationships and pleasure.

Aries season is when we plant the seeds, and Taurus season is when those seeds take root. It carries the energy of determination, strength and safety, but also is receptive and sensual.

Taurus likes to prioritize pleasure, and the slow-moving sign takes it sweet time in doing so. It’s a great for taking it easy and living in the moment. At the same time, Taurus has a need for things to be secure and the ability to be methodical. So, it’s also a good time to re-assess all those lofty goals you made while the sun was in Aries. Taurus is practical and appreciates longevity. Which goals actually make sense, under the Taurus sun, and which ones are you likely to keep working away at?

I don't know about you, but Taurus season is a welcome change of pace. We are now settled into spring, and hopefully spending some time outside enjoying all its abundant beauty. I can't get enough of these amazing, gorgeous, yellow Primavera (Spring) trees that are blooming all over town. I have to take a picture every time  I see one!  Taurus is on of the three Earth sign and it’s no coincidence that it’s the home of
Earth Day, coming up soon on April 22nd!
