JEWELRY CARE TIPS
I want you to have, love and wear your Betina Roza jewelry as long and often as you want! You can keep your jewelry looking good as new by following a few simple steps:
- Treating it with care! Hang up your jewelry or put it away when you are not wearing it. Throwing it in your purse does not count as put away! (Try one of these Travel Boxes if that sounds like you!)
- Avoid activities like wrestling, or roller derby when wearing your jewelry. It's made to last but be reasonable!
- Take your jewels off when swimming in a pool or in chlorinated water.
- Don't underestimate a little dish soap and warm water for cleaning your jewelry! Soak for 10-15 minutes and rub dry with a soft clean cloth.

Here's how it works....
- Purchase a Jewelry Repair Service for $15
- Pack all parts (no matter how small!) of your broken piece in a secure, well sealed, padded envelope or small box.
- Send it to me at:

98250 - I will repair and professionally clean your jewelry and send it back to you within 3-6 weeks.
- If your piece has more than normal wear and tear, there may be additional fees to get it completely repaired.
Here's what's covered completely with the $15 repair fee:
- Broken clasps
- Disconnected jump rings
- Broken chains
- Missing ear wires
- Return postage
Here's what's NOT completely covered:
- Broken stones
- Missing parts
- Items that are totally beyond repair and need to be re-made entirely (If you think this might be you, please send me a message!)
*If your jewelry is less than a year old, you may be eligible for a full refund for the $15 repair fee. Please include a note in your package if you think you might be eligible! Thank YOU!
