SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping for all jewelry orders over $150!

For home decor, clothing, bags and accessories, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the service chosen.

  • Items will ship within 3-7  business days from the time of order, unless otherwise noted.
  • Once your package leaves my studio, the approximate arrival times—based on USPS estimates—are as follows:

USPS First Class Mail: 2-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days

**Please keep in mind arrival times may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

  • If you upgraded to Priority or Express shipping at checkout, this only speeds up the transit time—not the order processing time. If you need expedited processing for a special occasion, please send me a note before placing your order. I’ll do everything I can to accommodate your needs.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Expedited shipping is available for most products in my shop. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred expedited shipping method—USPS Priority Shipping or USPS Priority Express Shipping.
  • Doing this will not, however, expedite our processing times. If you need your jewelry in a pinch for a special occasion, please send me a note and I will do my very best to get it to you as soon as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • I do ship internationally. If you choose First Class or Priority International Shipping, I, unfortunately, cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes, packages get held up in customs, causing transit times to vary.
  • I am also not responsible for any additional customs taxes, duties, and fees your country imposes on your package, nor can I predict what they might be. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information.
  • Customs labels will list the name and retail value of the contents, and cannot be marked as a gift or with a value less than retail.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on your location and your order.

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS.

Domestic shipping options:

-First Class Mail: $6.00 and up

-Priority Mail: $10 and up

-Priority Mail Express: $25 and up

International orders are shipped USPS, UPS or DHL

International shipping options:

-First Class Package International: $19.71 and up

-Priority Mail International: $34.53 and up

-Priority Mail Express International: $42.85 and up

-DHL: $45 and up

 

DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged during shipment please let me know right away! I will be here to help you locate it or provide the information necessary for you to submit a claim to the carrier.
