Jewelry Repair - Please read the description carefully!

We all know sometimes things happen and your favorite piece of Betina Roza Jewelry Breaks! No to worry, 90% of the time I can fix whatever it is!

Simply send me your broken jewelry with all the pieces in a well sealed padded envelope or small box. I will assess the damage and let you know if there will be any additional charge.

If you are sending more than one item, please purchase multiple repairs!

Here's what's covered completely with the $15 repair fee:

• Broken clasps
  
• Disconnected jump rings
• Broken chains
• Missing ear wires
• Return postage

Here's what's NOT completely covered:

• Broken stones
• Missing parts
• Items that are totally beyond repair and need to be re-made entirely (If you think this might be you, please send me a message!)

*If your jewelry is less than a year old, you may be eligible for a full refund for the $15 repair fee. Please include a note in your package if you think you might be eligible! Thank YOU!
